Gary has been a self-employed General builder for around 18 years with experience of building new build properties and extensions. Moving up he worked for 5 years as a site foreman supervising the construction of new build and commercial properties for well known House Builders.
Having worked for housebuilders he became NHBC (National Home Builder Council) qualified level 3 Building Inspector on new build properties with responsibility for issuing quality control, building control and 10year warranties on all new build NHBC registered properties in Gloucester and the surrounding area for 5 years.
He realised that there was a shortage of inspectors looking out for purchasers and has moved over to work on behalf of purchasers to ensure quality of newly delivered homes.
With his construction background working for Housebuilders and NHBC overseeing housebuilders, this gives Gary the perfect experience to examine new build property.
As a member of the RPSA he can also perform home buyers surveys.
